Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device you use and however you use it. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
- Text can be made bigger with your browser's zoom, and the pages adjust to fit your screen.
- Links, buttons and form fields can be reached with a keyboard, and show clearly when they're selected.
- Every form field has a label, and errors are explained in words, not only in colour.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, our animations are switched off.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions, and decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
What we know isn't perfect
- The booking calendar is provided by Google, so we can't fully control how it works. If it's hard to use, send us a message or email us instead and we'll arrange a time with you.
- The illustrations of phone screens, messages and the weekly list are examples only. Everything they show is also explained in the text on the page.

How we check
We check the website ourselves on phones and computers whenever we make significant changes. We'll keep this page up to date.
